Delivery and Postage

Every musical instrument crafted by Fen&Cole can be shipped via postal services. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your order at the workshop by appointment. We accommodate one client at a time for your convenience.

To Metropolitan France:

  • Cajón Big Fen: €20

  • Cajón Double-Face: €20

  • Cajón Medio: €15

  • Cajón Plano: €10

  • Cajón Bayou: €10

  • Shakers: Included in the price

If your order weighs between 20 and 30 kg, the delivery cost will be €30.

For orders exceeding 30 kg, delivery is handled by a carrier, and the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis.

To the European Union:

  • Cajón Big Fen: €40

  • Cajón Double-Face: €40

  • Cajón Medio: €25

  • Cajón Plano: €10 (special delivengo package)

  • Cajón Bayou: €10 (special delivengo package)

  • Shakers: Included in the price

Here are the estimated weights of the instruments:

  • Big Fen: 7 kg

  • Double Face: 7 kg

  • Medio: between 4 and 5 kg

  • Plano: less than 1 kg

  • Bayou: between 1 and 2 kg

  • 1 or 2 Shaker(s): less than 0.25 kg
